Hampton Presbyterian Church is seeking a Church Treasurer. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, managing church bank accounts, preparing financial reports, and overseeing payroll.

8-10 hours per week

Qualified applicants possess the following:

  • Financial background (BA in Accounting preferable)

  • Superior organization and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PowerChurch experience a plus)

  • At least 2 years of experience

  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail

  • Preferably bonded or willing to be bonded​

HPC is hiring an additional Nursery Worker to provide consistent, loving care for our youngest participants during church services and special events.

Qualified applicants:​

  • enjoy & have experience working with young children

  • possess patience, creativity, & excellent interpersonal skills

  • are able to lift, bend, and actively engage with children (often up to 35 lbs)

  • are a minimum of 18 years old

  • are available to work at least 2 Sunday mornings per month or 2 Sunday evenings per month.

  • have or are willing to get their PA Criminal, Child Abuse Clearances & FBI Clearances

  • have or are willing to get their Pediatric First Aid/CPR certifications
