Our Interim Pastor Nominating Committee has completed a diligent and prayerful search for our Interim Head Pastor. We're thrilled to share that the name of our new Interim Head Pastor will be announced soon! He will start on March 1.
Rev. Ryan Pixton
Associate Pastor of Youth & Outreach
Ryan loves sports and is a big Penguins fan. Outside of sports Ryan has grown in his love for board games and has developed quite the collection. Ryan also loves music, although he is not as musically talented as his wife, Debbie. In college, he and some friends had a Christian Alternative radio show on the local campus station. His favorite band is Jars of Clay.
Ryan and his wife have two daughters, Sarah and Anna.
Karen Shumaker
Director of Children & Family Ministries
Karen loves working with HPC’s kids & families & considers it an incredible privilege to partner with parents in pointing children to Jesus.
She and her husband, Greg, have three children. Karen enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to live music, going for walks, taking road trips, “traveling" to Sheetz for an occasional Mallo Cup, & using commas.
